Modern life is full of stress. I decided to check a few of the breathing exercise videos over the internet so that the rejuvenation starts from the inside. I am happy that the trick worked for me and I feel more energetic and healthier to cope with daily stress.

Anulom Vilom Pranayam

Kapalbhati

Practicing kapalbhati for 10 minutes in a day does not only keep you fit and active but also offers a glow in the face of a practitioner. This is a deep breathing technique where the focus of the practitioner must be on exhaling through the nose without focusing on inhaling.

Simhasana

Simhasana is derived from the word “Singh” which means lion. This yoga posture resembles a lion and helps to deal with stress and maintain youthfulness for a longer time. To practice simhasana, kneel down, and support yourself with your hands. See upwards and bring out your tongue as much as you can.

This exercise uses facial muscles and lungs for better external as well as internal health. This is a wonderful exercise for eliminating the initial signs of aging like wrinkles and fine lines and offers a flawless skin to the practitioner. This exercise can help you maintain your looks and can help you look much younger than your actual age.
