My morning coffee habit.
This is a combination of a Bulletproof Coffee and a Primal Egg Coffee, which both involve mixing healthy fats in with coffee to slow down the caffeine, and increase its duration.
Method 1: How to make a Bulletproof Coffee- First brew the coffee using your preferred method
- Add the non coffee ingredients together in a blender (heat blender with hot water first, if hotter coffee is desired)
- Pour the brewed coffee in, while it is still hot
- Blend it all together until it is frothy
Ingredients:
- Coffee brewed in a French Press, or an Aero Press, which preserves the benefits of:
- Antioxidants to help prevent Cancer
- Essential Coffee Bean Oils (good for the brain)
- Coffee drinkers live longer in a study of 9484 males
- 1 Tbsp Grass Fed Butter or Ghee, which has the benefits of:
- Contains Butyric Acid, which is good for gut health
- Has Omega 3 fatty acids
- Source of Vitamins K2, and A
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil or MCT oil, which has the benefits of:

Method 2: Take it to another level, by adding an organic egg.
- First make the Bulletproof Coffee, then while it is spinning, add the egg. If you are just doing the egg, pour the coffee into the blender, get it spinning on its own, then add the egg.
- 1 optional whole egg (or just the yolk), which has the benefits of:
- Easy to digest Protein
- Healthy Fats
- Good Cholesterol
- Source of the minerals Selenium and Phosphous

- Source of Choline, which is good for the brain and nervous system
